Using a spam safe e-mail address that is not your regular e-mail address can cause a delay in your order. While your use of the many free web based e-mail services is a good idea to protect your e-mail from spam, keep in mind that nearly every con-artist trying to rip off online retailers is also using the free web based e-mail addresses. When a credit card processor sees one of the web based e-mail addresses, it often triggers a manual process whereby your order isn't instantly transmitted to the dealer or online retailer. Instead, many of them will get a notice of an order plus a note not to ship until a manual approval is transmitted. When you use a disposable e-mail address to order, it often delays your order for several hours or even a day. If you happen to make some mistake in your address and phone number also, then the two of them can result cancellation of your order by the credit card processor. We encourage you to use true e-mail addresses when you order from any reputable online retailer. If you are uncomfortable using your real e-mail address, please be sure you carefully enter the bill-to and ship-to information as most credit card processing companies check several key indicators for order fraud before transmitting an approval to the retailer.
We want you to be satisified with your purchase. Only a foolish company tries to make money from customer that are unhappy. If you receive your purchase and are unhappy with it, Simply Email us and tell us what is wrong with it. If we can't satisify you, then simply return it within 15 days of our shipping date. Merchandies returned must be unused and in the same condition as sent to you. We can not accept decals that have been wrinkled, damaged, or otherwise used.
If you have opened the package, we may still replace it for you or refund your money. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Contact us with your problems immediately and let us try and help. Sometimes deals are not as expected (the risk of ordering online unseen). We realize this and are happy to exchange any item that is not as you expected. It is safe to purchase from us. Just please don't expect us to refund a decal that you have damaged or otherwise attempted to install. However, don't be surprised if we choose to replace it anyhow, at our option.
We ship all orders within 8 to 12 hours upon receipt. It is rare that an order is shipped any longer than the next day. The exception is custom made decals and layered decals with more than one color. In the rare instance we are out of stock on one of these items, this inventory is replaced every 4 days, so the longest you will wait for any shipment in the worst situtation is 4 days. Any variance to this, you will be contacted and given options including refund or cancellation of the order. Please do not use UNAUTORIZED EMAILS to order as we will NEVER send you an unwanted letter ad we will never reveal your email address to anybody unless under a court order.
If you return an item because you are unhappy with the item, accepted returns will be credited only for the cost of the item. Shipping/Handling charges are not refundable.
If, for any reason, anyone feels that they are not being compensated for their license, or if you've recently acquired a license or lost a license, please notify 3Dlettering. directly by phone or letter. We always assert to credit the proper license holder for their properties and holdings as soon as we become aware of their new home. We need everyone's help to correct the situation as quickly as possible, so proper credit is given.
